Fall is upon us… Though waning light-filled hours can be a bit depressing, the invigoration of crisp Fall air, brilliant leaf colors and Fall food flavors bring the deepest comfort to my soul. There may be dormancy or death as nature prepares for winter, but that is only because rebirth is surely coming.
